This 67 y/o patient was bothered by loose skin and skin rolls along her upper and lower back that showed through clothing and made certain tops uncomfortable to wear. She chose to undergo a bra-line back lift (also called an upper back lift), a procedure designed to remove excess skin and create a smoother, more defined contour.

She is shown several months after surgery. Her back now appears noticeably firmer, and she’s especially happy with how her clothes fit—no more bulging or rolling beneath the bra line. The scar rests within the natural bra-line area, allowing it to blend easily under everyday clothing, dresses, and swimwear. She feels more confident and comfortable with her silhouette and loves her new contour.
