Procedure Information

This 53-year-old woman had saline implants in place for many years and decided she no longer wanted them. She wished to have the implants removed without replacement and preferred not to undergo a lift procedure.

Dr. Wilson performed implant removal with a limited capsulectomy to encourage natural pocket closure.

At two months post-op, she healed smoothly and is very pleased with her decision—happy to have the implants removed and to feel more comfortable with her natural shape.
