This 54-year-old woman came to Dr. Wilson with concerns about crowded, heavy skin on her upper eyelids. On evaluation, Dr. Wilson noted that a low brow position was contributing to the extra skin, so he performed a subtle internal brow lift at the same time as her upper eyelid surgery.

The brow lift was completed through a minimally invasive internal approach, without any external incisions on the forehead or hairline. Her eyes now appear brighter and more open, and she has noticed an improvement in her field of vision as well.
