Procedure Information

This 49-year-old patient had undergone saline breast augmentation many years earlier with 275 cc implants. Over time, she noticed that her right breast sat lower, shifted outward, and appeared slightly flatter than the left. She also wanted a fuller overall look but preferred not to have a lift procedure.

Dr. Wilson performed implant exchange to 400 cc saline implants, along with precise capsule adjustments—plication and capsuloplasty on the right side, and more limited modifications on the left—to improve symmetry and positioning.

Several months post-op, she’s very pleased with her results. Her breasts now have improved shape, better balance, and enhanced fullness—especially noting that the right implant no longer drifts lower or outward.
