59-year-old woman with long-standing textured implants and a ruptured left implant. She came to us seeking a safer, more comfortable option. During surgery, both capsules were fully removed and the old textured implants—including the ruptured left side—were taken out. Dr. Wilson replaced them with smooth round implants of a similar size to maintain her proportions while giving her a softer, more natural shape.

She feels significantly more comfortable now and absolutely loves her result.
