Procedure Information

This 60-year-old woman came to Dr. Wilson needing breast reconstruction for a planned left mastectomy for breast cancer. She also chose to have a right breast reduction at the same time, as she always felt her breasts were larger than she wanted.

For her reconstruction, she preferred a natural approach without silicone implants or invasive flap surgery. Her entire result was achieved with her breast skin and her own fat, transferred in three carefully planned stages to restore softness, shape, and symmetry to the left breast. Once her breast shape was complete, she underwent nipple reconstruction followed by medical tattooing for a realistic, finished appearance.

She is thrilled with her outcome. Her reconstruction looks and feels natural, giving her confidence and comfort without the need for implants or complex tissue-transfer procedures.
