This 34-year-old man was bothered by excess fatty tissue of the chest that caused prominent nipples and areolas, often visible through clothing. The appearance made him self-conscious and led him to avoid certain activities and clothing choices.
He underwent minimally invasive chest liposuction through tiny incisions measuring approximately 1/8 inch on each side. These small access points allowed precise contouring of the chest while minimizing visible scarring.
At just 2 months after surgery, he has achieved a flatter, more masculine chest contour with significantly reduced nipple prominence. Most importantly, he reports feeling more confident, more comfortable in fitted clothing, and much happier in his own skin. This case demonstrates how targeted liposuction alone can effectively treat pseudogynecomastia in appropriately selected patients with minimal downtime and virtually imperceptible scars.
